Service Description

The Virgo Full Moon circle offers time to pause, release, and come back into balance. It’s a moment to let go of perfectionism, mental clutter, and habits that no longer support your wellbeing. Virgo is an earth sign connected to health, digestion, daily rituals, and the subtle systems that help the body function with ease. It invites us to listen more closely to the body and soften into a steadier, more grounded way of being. We’ll begin the evening by creating a shared earth altar together to open the circle. You’re warmly invited to bring along any foraged items leaves, stones, herbs or seed heads to add to the space as a simple offering and intention. From there, we’ll gently tune into the current energies while sharing a cup of herbal tea that I’ve personally made to support digestion. If the weather allows, we’ll then step outdoors for a short grounding practice, connecting with the earth beneath our feet. We’ll return inside to move into a slow, releasing flow, supporting gentle unwinding through the connective tissues and encouraging fluidity and ease in the body. The practice is steady and grounding, helping the nervous system settle and the mind quieten. We’ll close with a deeply nourishing sound journey, connecting with earthy frequencies that align with the energy of the Full Moon. This is an evening to reconnect with your inner Earth Goddess, honour the small rituals that sustain you, and release what no longer serves your health and daily rhythm. You’ll leave feeling grounded, softer, and more at home in your body.
