I am Charlie Leigh.

I love yoga, astrology, flowers, music, cats and crystals.

While it may look like I'm happy all the time, I want you to know that this has not always been the case. Life has its share of traumas for all of us; it's just part of the journey.

For me, practices like pranayama, yoga, reiki, and sound healing have played a crucial role in shaping who I am today. They continue to be my daily companions in navigating life's challenges.

Sharing what I've learnt and continue to learn with my local community is a deep passion of mine.

My goal is to bring more peace and healing into people's lives, one step at a time.

I find joy in continual learning and and allow my heart to steer me in every direction it calls.

I have been practicing yoga for over 18 years, exploring and immersing myself in various styles. Over time, I chose to train in Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Fertility yoga, complemented by expertise in Gong healing, Reiki, crystal therapy, and facilitating women's circles.

I hold a deep belief in the power of energy, aligning with the rhythms of the universe on a seasonal, monthly, and daily basis.

Each facet of this diverse knowledge adds its own special touch to my personal practice and the classes I hold resulting in circles that are truly one-of-a-kind.
