Summer Retreat Day

Service Description

This will be my final retreat day at Bisley Yurt before I head into maternity leave, after 5 beautiful years of gathering here together through the seasons. These days have been so special to hold, honouring the shifts in energy, the intentions we carry, and the connection we create as a community. I know I will miss them enormously. This retreat day is all about blooming. Summer is a time when our intentions begin to fully blossom into expression. Energy feels heightened, the sun is shining, and the fire of the solar plexus invites us to step into confidence, joy, and vitality. We’ll begin the day with a beautiful Kundalini and Yin inspired fusion practice to move the body, awaken energy, and clear away anything stagnant so you can feel open, energised, and alive. Afterwards, we’ll channel that creativity and expression with the lovely Jamie-Ri, a talented local florist, who will guide us in creating either a flower crown or bouquet to take home with you. And of course, we’ll close the day with a nourishing sound journey, surrounded by a variety of instruments and frequencies to help you fully soften, integrate, and rest.
