This circle takes place under the Gemini New Moon, bringing in a lighter, more curious kind of energy. It’s a time to explore, to connect, and to not take things too seriously. A chance to move, share, and see what unfolds when you let things be a little more open and playful. From there, we’ll move into a playful, exploratory practice. Expect something a bit different, working in pairs and small groups, with space to try things out, move in new ways, and maybe even laugh a little. This isn’t about getting it right, it’s about curiosity, connection, and enjoying the process. We’ll then settle into a sound journey to close.
