The Leo New Moon invites us to reconnect with our hearts, our creativity and the parts of ourselves that long to be seen. It's a beautiful time to plant intentions around confidence, joy and expressing who we truly are. We'll begin the evening with gentle breathwork to help settle the nervous system, quiet the mind and create space within the body. From there you'll be guided into a deeply restorative sound journey with gongs and therapeutic instruments, allowing the vibrations to support release, integration and deep rest. This isn't simply about relaxing. Sound works with the body on many levels, encouraging the nervous system to shift from doing into being, creating the conditions for the body to restore and process what it's been carrying. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, grounded and connected to yourself as we welcome the energy of the Leo New Moon together.
