Experience the calming and transformative power of sound healing with Charlie and her five gongs: Pluto, Grotto, Venus, Chiron & Neptune. On the day, Charlie will intuitively select three gongs to create a soundscape tailored to the energies present, guiding you on a journey of relaxation and renewal. As you lie comfortably on your yoga mat, cocooned in blankets and warmth, the soothing vibrations of the gongs will wash over you. A gong bath is a deeply therapeutic practice that helps quiet the mind, ease tension, and promote a sense of balance and inner peace. The sound waves activate the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging rest and healing while gently releasing physical and emotional blocks. Each gong resonates with its own frequency and qualities: Pluto (C#): Delves deep into the subconscious, supporting transformation and regeneration. Grotto (E): Strengthens inner power and balance, supporting emotional clarity and transformation. Venus (A): Radiates love and harmony, nurturing emotional well-being and creativity. Chiron (D#2): Encourages healing and growth, addressing inner wounds with compassion. Neptune (G#): Inspires a sense of unity, intuition, and spiritual connection. To fully enjoy the experience, come prepared with loose, comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blankets to stay warm, a pillow for added support, and a bottle of water. You may also bring personal items such as crystals, an eye mask, or anything else that enhances your relaxation and connection.
