This Beltane Soundscape invites you to gather, awaken, and celebrate the energy of spring in full bloom. Beltane marks the turning point between spring and summer, a festival of fire, fertility, and life force. It’s a time to step into aliveness, connect with your desires, and honour growth, passion, and connection. We’ll begin the afternoon with a sage-cleansing ritual, clearing away any lingering heaviness and creating space for fresh energy to move through. As the smoke drifts around you, you’re invited to arrive fully, soften, and set an intention for what you’d like to call in this season. From here, we’ll move into guided breathwork paired with shamanic sounds. The steady rhythm of the drum works with the body in a primal, instinctive way, helping you release tension while awakening your inner fire. This practice is both grounding and energising, like sparks rising from within. You’ll then be guided into an immersive soundscape. Gongs and other instruments will carry expansive, warming frequencies, supporting release while also igniting vitality, creativity, and joy. This is a space where stillness meets aliveness, where you’re held and encouraged to open to possibility. This is an afternoon to honour your energy, reconnect with your intentions, and step fully into the life force of Beltane. You’ll leave feeling lighter, energised, and in tune with your own inner spark.
