The Aquarius Solar Eclipse! arrives on 17th February, the same day the Year of the Fire Horse begins! A powerful moment of fresh energy, new cycles, and bold beginnings. Aquarius invites us into possibility, vision, and the courage to step outside the old stories. The Fire Horse brings movement, passion, and a spark of wild, untamed life-force. Together, they open a door into something new. This evening is about honouring that new beginning. We’ll settle into nourishing yin yoga, softening the body and creating space in the deeper layers of the self. From there, we’ll move into deep conscious connected breathwork and sound meditation, supporting you to clear stagnant energy and awaken the inner fire in a grounded, supported way. We will light a candle together to honour the Fire Horse. A simple ritual to welcome its warmth, strength, and transformative power into the year ahead. Expect a blend of stillness, breath, and sound that helps you reset your system, reconnect with your intuition, and plant seeds for what you’re ready to call in.
