Each session begins and ends with sound healing, designed to harmonise and balance the vibrations of your body. I intuitively select from a range of instruments—including singing bowls, a shamanic drum, ocean drum, chimes, a crystal triangle, or tuning forks—to create a unique soundscape tailored to your needs that day. The carefully chosen sounds help calm the mind, release tension, and prepare you for deeper healing. You can choose between: Usui Reiki, a gentle practice that channels universal life force energy to cleanse, balance, and restore your energy system, promoting relaxation, emotional healing, and stress relief. Kundalini Reiki, a more dynamic approach that activates and clears energy pathways, encouraging grounding, spiritual growth, and revitalisation. To deepen the experience, Crystal Therapy is integrated into your session. Crystals with unique vibrational properties are placed on or around your body to enhance the flow of Reiki energy. This powerful combination helps to release blockages, stabilise your energy field, and promote a deep sense of relaxation and inner harmony. Each session is thoughtfully curated to support your individual journey towards balance, healing, and peace, blending sound, energy work, and crystals for a deeply restorative and holistic experience.
