Service Description

A deeply personal and nurturing sound healing experience designed just for you. We begin with a short check-in over a cup of ceremonial cacao or blue lotus tea, depending on what feels most supportive for you on the day. This gentle opening helps to ground you into the space and set an intention for your session. You’ll then be guided into deep rest, lying in a comfortable bed so your body can fully relax and receive. From here, I intuitively work with a range of instruments to meet you where you are—emotionally, energetically, and physically. Each session is unique and may include the soothing resonance of planetary crystal singing bowls, the grounding rhythm of the shamanic drum, the gentle tones of the Moisia drum and wind chimes, the high-vibration crystal triangle, and the deep, transformative power of the gong. Whether you're seeking release, recalibration, or pure rest, the sound will meet you where you are. Come just as you are and allow yourself to be deeply held.
