Samhain Celebration
Renewal and Reflection
Service Description
As the veil between the worlds grows thin and we honour the ancient festival of Samhain, this is a perfect moment to turn inward, reflect and reconnect with the natural cycles of life, death, and renewal. Join me for an evening retreat on Sunday 3rd November, to celebrate Samhain with a warming outdoor fire, blending sacred practices that will support you in honoring this powerful transition. Samhain marks the end of the harvest season and the beginning of the darker half of the year. In ancient traditions, it is a time for introspection, letting go of the old, and preparing for the new. With the shorter days and colder nights, it is a period for inner work and self-reflection, making space for rest and regeneration. During this evening retreat, you will be guided through practices designed to align you with the energies of this season: Yin Yoga: To help release tension and open pathways for emotional processing Fire Ritual: Where you will have the opportunity to reflect and symbolically release what no longer serves you as we gather around the fire, honoring the energy of Samhain and the changing season. Warming, nutritious food, to nourish your body and support its natural cycles during this transitional time Restorative Yoga: To soothe the nervous system, encouraging deep rest and renewal Sound Healing: To restore balance and harmony, inviting profound relaxation Together, we will embrace the transformative energy of Samhain, shedding what is no longer needed and welcoming the wisdom of the quiet months ahead. Let this evening be your time to rest, renew, and connect with the deeper cycles of life. What to wear/bring: Warm, loose, comfy clothes suitable for the evening outdoors Blankets x 2 (extra warmth for around the fire) Square pillow x 1 Bottle of water Yoga mat Own eye mask (lavender ones will also be provided) Crystals or sacred items if they are part of your practice Give yourself the gift of this sacred space and take part in a time-honored tradition of reflection, healing, and transformation.
