Reiki, Crystal & Sound Session

Service Description

Each session starts and ends with sound healing to help balance and harmonise your body’s energy. I’ll intuitively choose from a range of instruments—like singing bowls, a shamanic drum, ocean drum, chimes, crystal triangle, or tuning forks—to create a soundscape tailored to how you’re feeling that day. These sounds help calm your mind, release tension, and prepare you for deeper healing. You can choose from: Usui Reiki: A gentle practice that channels universal life force energy to cleanse and balance your energy, promoting relaxation, emotional healing, and stress relief. Kundalini Reiki: A more dynamic form of energy work that clears energy pathways, encouraging grounding, spiritual growth, and revitalisation. Crystals are also used to enhance your session. Placed on or around your body, they help release blockages, stabilise your energy, and promote deep relaxation. Each session is designed to support your unique healing journey, blending sound, Reiki, and crystal therapy for a deeply calming and restorative experience.
