Step into Deep Relaxation at Burpham Wellbeing's Mongolian Yurt In the serene, sacred space of Burpham Wellbeing's Mongolian yurt, we’ll embark on a journey of deep relaxation and healing. This session is designed to help you transcend the physical plane and connect with your inner self on a profound level. Restorative Yoga We’ll begin with Restorative Yoga, a gentle practice aimed at bringing you into complete relaxation. With poses held for 5–20 minutes, supported by props, your body will be fully cushioned, allowing both your mind and body to release tension and sink into stillness. Kundalini Reiki Throughout the yoga session, I will provide Kundalini Reiki, an advanced energy healing method that works with your body's natural healing power. Unlike traditional Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki activates your own life force energy, helping to balance and heal at all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It’s a potent tool for relieving stress, pain, and emotional blockages, while promoting peace and personal transformation. Gong Healing We’ll conclude with a deeply restful Savasana, where you’ll be enveloped in the powerful sound waves of the Pluto or Venus Gong. Pluto embodies integration, purification, and release, while Venus resonates with love, beauty, and partnership. The healing vibrations of the gong help activate the parasympathetic nervous system even further. Benefits include lowering blood pressure, relieving anxiety, clearing emotional blocks, and stimulating prana (life force energy) for deep cellular rejuvenation.
